I was Boxing and Swimming Instructor from 1970-1975 in the Nepal Army H.Q., Rastriya Seva Dal (NCC).
I had given training to the thousand students of Campus, High School along with CDO and PDO. The cities were Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Chitaun, Pokhara, Bhairawa, Dharan, and Biratnagar.
My student Mr. Basudev Oli became IGP in Armed Force, Mr. Tika Dhamala became Major General ADC of the former Kings.
Many students in bureaucracy became secretaries, chief secretaries, ambassadors, Zonal commissioners, Home Minister Dan Bahadur Shahi.
In politics, Bal Bahadur K.C. became a minister.
Former Prime Minister and Chairman of the Nepal Communist Party Pushpa Kamal Dahal (Prachanda) was also NCC (Rastriya Seva Dal) student in boxing and swimming in 1972 (2028 BS).

I had also opportunity to make syllabus of the Staff College, Shivapuri, to invite Visiting Professors, to evaluate the examination, and to get recognition from the Tribhuvan University for M.A Degree in Strategic Studies. I had given lectures from Batch No. 1 to 9 regularly at the Command and Staff College, Shivapuri. I was member of the Command and Staff College Standing Committee of the Strategic Studies from 2014-9 and 2014-17 under the Humanities and Social Sciences, Tribhuvan University.
I was Head of Department of the Humanities and Social Sciences at the Nepali Military Academy, Kharipati from 1993 to 1997.
I was Visiting Professor at the Nepal Police College, Maharajgunj from 1998 to 1999.
I was Visiting Professor at the National College of Kathmandu University, Baneswor in 1999.
I became Dean of the Nepali Military Academy, Kharipati from 1998 to 1/11/2000. As a Dean, I managed to get recognition from the Tribhuvan University within one month. We established the B.A. Syllabus in Strategic Studies. I managed to increase the allowance to Military Training Officer from Rs. 50 to Rs. 100 and for Visiting Professor from Rs. 250 to Rs. 400. The then Officer Cadets were getting Rs.1100 but I managed Army H.Q, Defense Ministry, and Finance Ministry to increase Rs. 5000. The result of Officer Cadets was excellent.
I became Campus Support Manager, Training Officer, Recruitment Officer, and Co-ordinator at the Civil Service Academy, Dili, East Tomor under the UNTAET Mission from 2/11/2000 to 31/1/2002. In 2001, Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to Secretary General Kopi Anan and Staff of the United Nations. I was a staff member in East Timor under UNTAET Mission. Secretary General had given me congratulation through email. Hence, I am also related to the Nobel Peace Prize -2001.

During my second time Acting Dean and third time Dean Period, I managed to increase allowance from Rs.100 to Rs.350 to the Training Officers and for Visiting Professor from Rs. 400 to Rs. 700 per period. I helped to the Birendra Sainik Mahavidyalaya, Sallaghari, Bhaktapur to get recognition from the Tribhuvan University for B.A. in Sociology and Bsc. I established a cash prizes who stands first, second, and third in the academic result – Rs. 15000, 10,000, and 5000 respectively. But from last year, we replaced the cash prizes into Memento and Certificates to 18 Officer Cadets. Wonderful achievement is within one week period, the then Chairman of Medical Council Professor Dr. Som Nath Aryal informally declares in the gathering of twenty five members, many Generals, Professors and families that the four Medical Colleges will open. I strategically and tactfully managed gathering the members and the proposal to open four Medical Colleges in the Army during the Chief of the Army Staff General Chhatra Man Singh Gurung. The CoAS’s deep interest and our cooperation was related to this purpose. Now all four colleges are running. I also submitted a proposal for NDU (National Defense University) during the time of CoAS General Gaurav Shumsher JB Rana. He declared to open the National Defense University before the late Prime Minister Shushil Koirala on the occasion of inauguration of the Higher Command building at the Nagarkot. Now it is in the process.
