- I passed S.L.C. in 1971 and submitted Ph.D. dissertation in 1981 without my parents supports. I passed I.A. with secretarial science in 1973, B.A. in political science and history in 1975, M.A. in political science from Tribhuvan University in 1978, and Ph.D. Degree was awarded in 1982 in international relations, particularly Nepal-India relations (1971-1980).
- I did Ph.D. research work in restroom/bathroom up to 27 months due to lack of room problem. My wife Chandra Prava Khand managed it properly for researchable condition.
